It's funny, to think, earlier watching Tatum play how this could be the strongest draft classes ever and it doesn't even need Simmons. I feel we are lucky to see the emergence of so many young stars - Simmons included.

I agree. I’ve been pretty facetious about BS but honestly the nba is stacked for the future. People love to throw comps around. If BS is LBJ lite, and DM is Wade lite, what is JT? Haven’t been following him much.

Simmons is a great player, but until he can shoot he’s pretty much hit his ceiling.

Rarely is that true but there is always the exception. There have been rumors about him not being that hard of a worker but at this point it doesnt matter. We shall see how he looks next year and see if he improves his game. He certainly did not get better as the season went on, but that is pretty normal for rookies. We just got lucky and had the extremely rare elite rookie who got better every game.

BS is averaging 9/6/6 with 5.5 turnovers (+/- of -44) against the Celtics so far.

That’s a 4x5... so he’s still amazing

I dont feel the need to **** on him because of us having Mitchell. I occasional like to **** on him because a bunch of our Australian homers and you lose their minds about it. I also like to **** on him because a team I like in the 76ers have lost 2 games in a row to a vastly inferior team because of him.
