Not sure why people like Dante so much, but not Allen. They seem pretty similar to me, with Allen being a better shooter. Allen might also be more athletic as well

I think Donte's release is better. Allen has him being athletically, handle, and playmaking. I think Grayson could legit put NBA players on posters on a monthly basis.
Yeah, I mean, there are just several players I think *could* drop to 21 that I'd rather have, but I'm warming up to the idea of drafting him.Sounds like you don’t like him because he’s older then other prospects, or you also aren’t high on Dante either or both. That’s understandable

I could definitely see myself putting Allen in my top 30 by the time the draft rolls around.
He is a guy I could see being a lot better w/ NBA spacing where he can really use his athletic ability. The guy can really jump off 1 foot.
The best thing about Allen though is that he shoots a lot of 3's and gets to the FT line, and he's done it his entire career. Donte D shoots a lot of 3's, but he really doesnt get to the FT line much at all.
Possibly. I barely watch Duke at all. I cant really comment about his defense, but it doesnt seem to be well regarded. His lead footed defense also may stand out more in the NBA.

Well Allen had his best DBPM of his career this year, so it must not have been that bad. They were really bad defensively. Not sure how much is on Allen, but many of the scouting reports mention slow lateral movement... they did mention he slaps the floor as the opposing point guard brings up the ball... so there is that.
