Just hope he finds some time to work on his 3Pt shooting.
Summer after his second year I believe. Donovan is also the only guy that Adidas signed from last years class. Adidas knows what it has, and Donovan is marketing gold. I kind of agree with other comments.....did he really grow up dreaming of his own colorway? Or his own signature shoe?

It has to be a signature shoe and it seems most shoe deals are trending younger/newer generation. Puma is throwing their hat in the ring big time with that. Donovan has that rare blend of talent and charisma necessary to sell shoes though. Lots of guys have had their own shoe and lots of them don't sell as well as you'd imagine.
Last time I bought one at the store was about 10 years ago. lol
I bought one couple years ago through my friend which was super cheap. I bet it's more expensive now haha

To be honest, these tours and media work that he's been doing are probably more valuable to the franchise in the big picture. Although... I'd caution it hasn't exactly worked out for Dame (please don't jinx it). Dame is a household name... but he's never won much, hasn't gotten a whole lot of league-wide recognition, and hasn't been able to lure a huge free agent to Portland yet.
