Don't need to listen to guess that Cowherd is a blistering idiot.
What's Good in the west? The Cavs with a roster roughly as good as the Lakers won 50 games in the crappy east. I'd be surprised if the Lakers win that many in the west.He is right about the Lakers working. They will be good. It is absurd to think otherwise.
I think the Jazz would win the series, but it would be tough.

Clownherd didn't even mention Rudy.Ramona Shelbourne or whatever her name is on The Jump last week had the same issue, just can't get past a team not having the traditional 2-3 all stars being rated highly and basically said that we lucked out all year and that's the best the Jazz could do and would probably fall this year.
People still have no idea or can't comprehend how much Rudy = wins
Most half wits know he’s a good defender.

The Lakers surrounded Lebron with a bunch of guys who don't shoot 3's. That is the opposite of what Lebron needs around him. The Cavs were better set up to support what Lebron does best. Love is probably the best player on either roster not named Lebron, I'd not take him over those guys because they are younger with more upside, but he's the most proven and right now better player. How are the rosters roughly the same?
I think the Lakers Roster is way better. I could go down the line and try to explain, but do I really have to? That Cavs Rosters was trash. Lakers have some really nice young and up and coming pieces. Why would anyone think they are comparative? Love was the best they had and he is extremely overrated. Id take any one of Kuzma, Ball, Ingram, or Rondo over him. Let alone having all four of those guys.
I kinda hope more media personnel will come out against the Jazz, tbh. Worked last season.

I dont know how you figure that. Kuzma absolutely shoots threes. Shot 37% as a rookie and projects to get better at it. Ingram shot 39% from three last year. Ball only shot 30% but even with his funky shot projects to be pretty good from three based off what he did in college and just got off to a bad start last year. KCP shot 38%. Hart shot 39%. Even Rondo isnt as bad as he is billed. He has averaged about 36% the last 3 years.
Not sure where you are getting they cant shoot the three.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's because they were 2nd to last in three point percentage and 20th in three pointers made for the season.
Calderon 46.4%
Korver 43.6%
Love 41.5%
Hill 41.5%
Hood 38.5%
JR Smith 37.5%
Maybe because the Cavs were simply better at shooting that the Lakers were. Those 6 guys individually all scare teams from 3 more than any of the Lakers you mentioned.
Different Roster, Young players maturing. Lebrons gravity and passing ability open things up.
You said the Lakers dont shoot threes. They do. See also my response to Cy.
Posting player's three point percentage who dont even play, and/or who suck at every other facet of the game isnt a good point, a doesnt mean they are bettter players to put around Lebron.
Korver - has always sucked. I would never want him on my team. He doesn't help you win.
JR Smith - See game 1 of finals.
Hood - doesnt play
Calderon - lmao, are you kidding me?
Love - overrated, doesnt help you win
Hill - Not good either. He is being passed around for a reason. He hasnt done **** since playing for the Jazz and benefitting from the system.
Cool, they were the 2nd worst shooting team last year and they didnt add any shooting outside of rookies and Lebron. I doubt they will be in the top 15 of shooting percentage next year.
