What's new

Can somebody post proof that Utah is looking to trade Devin Harris?

Why would The Jazz openly shop Harris?

If they did they'd be tipping their hand that they're going to pick a PG in the draft. Why put yourself in that position?

Everyone's already saying the Jazz are DESPERATE for a PG anyway. What, is Devin Harris invisible?

Contrary to popular belief the Jazz aren't a PnR team. At least not last year anyway.
I couldn't imagine that there was specifically one player that didn't have a clue. I wonder how that worked out for the Jazz?

I do hope they do it a lot more next year especially with Hayward and Favors. I wouldn't mind if those two averaged 10+ a game.
Here, here.

im not concerned about his age but his game vision. He basically isnt a guy who can run the team under pressure. He is a decent point guard who doesnt play like a point guard. He cn only be a back up point guard in a contender and thats a role he wont accept

Personally, I like what I saw from Harris when he played. Don't know why everyone wants him gone. With a training camp of the Jazz offense, he will only be better, at least I think
Agree. Harris came in when the team was in turmoil and the Jazz were already in a tailspin. There was a huge leadership void. His role was even uncertain. IIRC, Corbin at first said Watson would be given the chance to compete for the starting role, then Earl came forward and said he was happy and willing to be the backup.

Harris - and the team - played better over the last couple of weeks. I'd like to see what happens when they have an off-season together and Corbin has had time to install an offensive system.

I like how everyone is saying Harris isn't a decent point guard but want to trade him for Miller or draft another one, that has 0 experience in the NBA, and could bust in a pathetic draft.

1) No one has said he isn't decent.
2) Fit matters (style, relative age considering his skills and the trajectory of the team).
