random question but, does Donovan Mitchell have his own shoes? Does he have his own Colorway? I remember talk of this but dont remember seeing anything about it yet.

If the answer is no, then does anyone have any idea when we might see some spida shoes?

I think Joe Ingles would make a better 4 than Crowder,Sefalosha but that would mean Exum has found his way into more playing time . DM ,Rubio ,Exum ,Ingles ,Gobert could be a lethal lineup to close games out.

Replace Exum with O'Neal and I'm good with it. I think he's a better shooter and I think you need that in a close game.

Nine days until the regular season. It has been good to be able to see the guys play but I'm ready for the real thing.

I’m not sure we’re ready for the real thing. Offense and defense both looked rusty against Toronto and Portland.

I'm perfectly comfortable explaining our uneven performances as an effect of the workload Q has been giving them. I see tired legs and a general lack of explosion; these things will get better with days off and no more two-a-days.

I also think we take a bit to jell... we don't just run a ton of iso... also, those teams are pretty damn good. Portland has given us trouble over the past because their offensive (tough shot makers) and defensive (drop the big into the paint) schemes seem to play into our weak points. Nurkic bombing threes last night on top of it... so 3 of the things that give us trouble.

I'm looking much more at the individuals and not the team play overall. I also don't think that the bench production is necessarily something to write off. There will be injuries and teams will play a lot of these guys at some point.

Thursday i will be at the game down close to the Jazz bench. Not sure the starters play much but am very excited to see these guys in person again. Will report all the important things that evening (I go early for warmups because I'm a basketball junkie who can't control his addiction).

You may have missed it but i got a pic with Niang at summer league and talked to him for a bit. Gonna bring the pics my son has with Dante, Donovan, and Niang and see if I can get em signed. DM is tough cuz he usually warms up prior to the doors opening. Going to have to moves some of my kids pics aside to place the Niang on the mantle.

My summer league track record with roster moves is now 2/2. I kept yelling out it’s Niang SZN... that day Jonas was cut... next day I’m talking with Georges and just mentioned how Jonas got cut and that I was driving the bandwagon on JazzFanz For Georges Niang. Then he was signed during summer league.

Last season I over-rode a VP of personnel for the Jazz and cut Bolomboy to keep Royce and Neto... It's a long boring story.
