Jazz vs Rockets game thread , Thursday, 8:30pm MT.

Just let Exum attack the whole time he is in. He almost always can get past his man. Even a slight screen or gap, and he is to the next level. That wrap around pass to Favors was incredible.

Neto looks more poised out there, but Exum has two elite skills - defense and getting to the rim. Just harness what Exum does well.

When teams guard the 3-pt line and the rim like the Rockets did, it opens plenty of space for Exum to get his advantage. Rockets had almost no defense in the mid-range.
He seems to play a lot better overall when he can get some offense rolling. I think he starts disappearing everywhere when he can’t make an impact on offense.

He looked confident in his layups tonight. When I played I would often shoot or tip the ball hoping it would go in instead of knowing it would go in. It reminds me of Exums layups.

wtf happened to rockets? ariza was that important? lol
A not-that-small minority saw this when they dropped Luc and Ariza for Melo, but all the talking heads could see us ‘OMG Melo,’ and a lot of casual fans followed. They are exposing the real Rockets. Plus, it goes to show how much success is dependent on guys who may not get the largest stage.

I just saw that they called a foul on Rudy on the tip-off. There needs to be punishment handed down from the league on that ********

When you have a ref sending a message to a player who complains about the officiating, which side of that divide do you feel the league would fall?

Maybe the quickest foul ever.

**** it then surely. Go the trifecta. Quin for quickest T and if rockets make the FT quickest pt.

Who do you think is better?
When Exum is engaged, then he does a good job staying in front of his man. He is definitely not our best wing defender, overall, night-after-night. I wonder how many jazzmen I would put ahead of him? Enough.

Best? Lol
