Start Mitchell at the Point.

My bad next time I’ll cross reference every post you’ve ever had when replying to something as basic as “we’d be moronic to make him a pg”...
You’re an awesome poster. Nobody is as careful as you when it comes to making their points carefully and consistently. Posters like me and Cy are likely to blast off some lazy **** every now and then. That **** sits alongside opinions and arguments that are much less ******. Taken at a glance, the two together appear inconsistent.

Cy has plenty of well-reasoned arguments out there on Mitchell as a PG, on Rubio and the future of the Jazz, etc. He does enough positive things around here that he deserves to be judged on his better, well-reasoned arguments.

But, Cy, pls put that clown LoPo on ignore. Tia.

Please. For the love of God, please.

Cy is the type guy who likes to challenge somebody and call them names when he disagrees with them, but doesn't have the balls to like their post when they make a good one. Kid is a child.

We good... I ain’t mad at u

The things you laid out are part of the reason Cy’s BS pisses me off at times.
He should be better than that...

I’ll throw myself under that same bus.

And, for the record, I wasn’t trying to equate myself with Cy. I think he’s been a more valuable contributor around here than me for a long time.

Agreed. Rubio and Exum do not provide the offensive firepower at the point that this team needs. Mitchell does. The concerns about Mitchell's playmaking are valid. But 2 things... 1) He's young and still improving. He'll improve in those areas. 2) Quins offense does NOT require a traditional pass first point guard. It's a ball movement/player movement offense. The PG doesn't always need to be the primary initiator. We have guys like Jingles who can take those duties when need be.

PG - DM
SG - ? .... Someone who can score 15-20 PPG without hurting our D
SF - Jingles
PF - Crowder/stretch 4
C - Rudy

That is how his team goes to the next level because it vastly improves our offense.

Good points here.

Sounds like naos. But a little less douchey.

This thread is kind of pointless when you know that Rubio is going to start when he comes back. He’s here to stay so why not just enjoy the ride guys.

With that said, great game by Mitchell tonight, and a much needed win.

Peace ✌️

Blah blah. So I want someone who shoots the ball 90% of the time at Pg. No idea

I think Mitchell is a great talent and playing really good last couple games. But what his free throw routine. He does meditation or yoga before he shoots wtf. That's a bit much.
This is one of the dumbest criticisms I've seen for any NBA player lol.

Quin Snyder doesn't see things like most of you, so this is a mute point. He clearly likes Rubio and also wants to see Mitchell surrounded by good ball handlers sharing responsibilities. If QS and DL were as reactive to every last game as fans are, our whole team would have been traded/maxed 10 times by now. A good example is Exum, who was God Almighty last week and is John Doe today.

Not only Rubio will be back to starting PG when he comes back, both parties will very probably agree to re-sign at the end of the season.
