Well at the time the Jazz needed the money to stay in Utah. Yeah it sucks that happened, but if we didnt the Jazz could have moved and/or we would never have been able to draft malone.

Small quibble: the Jazz conveyed a pick because they signed Gail Goodrich (after he was on the Lakers) and the CBA at that time mandated giving a pick in that circumstance.

I used to hate the Nuggets. I like their current team TBH. They all work hard. They are everywhere on the offensive boards. Have good interior D, length, athleticism. Jokic is a stud. A great passer, shooter and rebounder. An amazing pickup at pick number 41 (we picked Jarnell Stokes and moved him at 35). Murray, Harris and Millsap are all very good. Sap had a bad game last night, but he is still a very good player.

Not to mention they are my favorite trading partner in the league.
