Good lord relax! Of course everyone wanted him to get in, everyone is just looking at the positives of him getting snubbed.

Clown show. Don’t give me this split vote BS. Rudy should have been locked into every coaches ballet right next to Jokic and AD. They blew it, and I really want to hear the rationale.
 
Coach Quin's practices are probably 3X more strenuous than playing in an All-Star Game.

So give it a rest with "the rest" already!

Seriously? The Marquee player from a championship franchise with strong media presence? It's not about LMA vs RG, it's market driven. The NBA will gain more from a spur being in the ASG over a jazz player. Anyone who thinks "but the spurs are a small market team" does not really understand what small market means.

I was gonna bring this up. The all Star game isn't strenuous. It's basically a vacation. And a nice time to hang out with other premier players in the league and maybe become friends with them. (Recruit them, wink wink)

You can get plenty of rest playing in the all Star game.

Also I don't want to hear people talk about his style of play not fitting in with the all Star game. The all Star game is all about alley oops and dunks. I'm betting Rudy leads the league in both.
He can run the floor pretty well too. Plus it would be fun to see him shoot a 3 or play some point guard like shaq used to do.


There is no real silver lining here though I appreciate the effort of some fans to look on the bright side.

It's a travesty and not fair at all to us or to Rudy.

So you are saying the coaches voted based on the Market for all-stars? I dont buy that.

No but I wouldn't be surprised if the vote is close that the league steps in and decides. It's all about money, more than it is about the sanctity of the game.
