Last meeting in Brooklyn the Jazz beat the Nets 101 - 91 with Donovan having 29 pts and Gobert having 23 pts.

Brooklyn is my second favorite team to root for in the league. Their franchise was a mess for a number of years, with the Boston (Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett) trade crippling them. So the team has had to get a bunch of journeymen, D-leaguers, second chance players and make a really solid team out of them.
This should be a good game to watch, go Jazz!

Damn it Kyoto. It's my turn until we lose. You're lucky I'm bedridden with a case of food poisoning. I'll come back and fight with you if we lose.

For anyone looking to do something fun tonight I have a large group of friends that do an annual bar crawl in march (like 5 of them have birthdays within a couple of weeks of each other) and tonight is the night!
Starts at poplar street pub at 6 pm.
Button Down Bar at 7:15
Lake Effect at 8:30
Good Grammer at 9:45
Wasted Space at 11:00
and The Chakra Lounge at 12:15
The Crawl is for all.
We will be an easy group to find as its a 90's theme and many in the group will be wearing custom made fanny packs (I wont be wearing one cause im cheap and broke and didn't want to spend 11 bucks on something i will wear 1 time).

Times subject to change of course.

I have done that for money before too lol but I think it was plasma.

My broke *** will be drinking a few cans of Icehouse on the way to the first bar and sneaking a flask of rum into each location to save a few bucks. I still have to buy at least one drink at each bar since thems the rules but otherwise I will be drinking my own booze.

I agree with Kyoto's OP. Brooklyn is fun to watch with a bunch of players working together to outperform expectations. late first rounders, second rounders and players other teams gave up on.

Funny to think of these two teams connected by the Deron Williams trade 8 years ago. Each taking very different paths to get to nearly the same place (7th place in the conference) . And there sits Derek Favors the last reminder of a blockbuster trade that didn't really work out for either team.
