I could have looked, but I'm too lazy. . . Is this guy available this summer? More importantly, you guys like him to replace Rubio?
 
He can't shoot any better than Rubio and a worse playmaker. I don't see any upgrade there whatsoever.
 
I don't know, last year he looked very aggressive. I was impressed. This year, meh, I know, but there was a lot of crap in the way. He probably wants too much though.

I’m not anti Rozier but he doesn’t really check any of the boxes we need. So I don’t see him being on the Jazz's radar.
 
Nope.

Then again, a lot of people were down on Rubio saying he couldn’t shoot and generally didn’t pose any real threat to opposing defenses and he showed those people.
 
He can absolutely fill it up when he's hot. He can create shots for himself too. I don't know why people are saying he would bring nothing that the Jazz need. Pretty sure we need both of those things. He's not efficient though. He wouldn't be my first choice in free agency.
 
If u think rubios shot is absolute *** wait till u see terrys brick house.

That said, he might be a slight slight upgrade over rubio, but hes also toxic.

Edit actually idk if he might even be an upgrade over rubio...wtf does terry do well?

Because everybody wants to poopoo on every idea that isn't their own.

Rozier isn't perfect, but he's an improvement over Rubio. He is a better shooter than Rubio because other defenses actually defend him and he shoots the same or better than Rubio who is left wide open. Rozier drives better, Rubio facilitates better. We need an improvement on shot creation and 3p threat. Rozier is better than Rubio at those things.

People beg for Patrick Beverley when Terry Rozier is a 25 year old version of the same guy.

Kyrie is toxic. When Rozier was leading the team, they went the ECF and he averaged 16+ppg, 5+rpg and 5+ apg. The team and fans rallied around him. This year, he's gotten inconsistent minutes behind toxic Kyrie.

U cant hide that **** was obvious from the start of the season that hahwayrd romance with bradie boy was gona backfire

Wow, and I didn't think it was possible for me to want this guy any less. The Jazz need to steer clear.

Creation is not all isolation. I wouldn't want to get Rozier for "iso ball". However, he's a threat from the outside. When our offense does it's job and he gets open looks, he's got a better chance of making it than Rubio. In addition, he has the ability to pump fake and attack the basket at that point. When attacking the rim, he's fine.

He's not an answer to get us to the mountain top. However, I like the idea of adding him if we miss out on the bigger fish.
