What Do We Do if we get no big name tree agents?

I think this scenario is as likely as us striking gold. Do we pick up Favs option then what? Promote Naz and Cavanaugh? Make Exum the savior? Promote Herpes, Cousins or Lyles? Resign Cooley, Cotton and Sap Jr?

What do we do? Pick up Favors and add some lower tier free agent.

What should we do? Waive Favors, keep him if he takes a cut rate deal. Regardless, use our cap space to take back bad contracts so we can get draft or other assets.

I think we would run it back sans rubio

If we waive Favors, promote Bradley, here's our lineup. Rudy, Bradley, Jingles, Jae, Royce, Neto, Exum, Allen, Niang Two rookies, and two legally ded people and then let's make a deal.

If we miss out on all our top free agent targets then I think we'll be very aggressive on the trade market, if we strike out there too we're ****ed.

So if we totally whiff on everything, do we take Hayward back? What if it came down to Hayward or Love?

If the Jazz strike out in the offseason then the most likely DL scenario is that we're all relying on Dante Exum to be healthy and impactful once again. The 3 week stretch in December is probably tantalising enough for the Jazz brass to go with that, and the Jazz probably give him until the trade deadline to prove himself before deciding whether or not to be aggressive in finding another player at the deadline.
