Carson Edwards at the end of the second, sure. First, no way in hell. Too short, too inefficient.

I worry about his efficiency too and think he could struggle with the NBA 3 based on his shooting style but part of his inefficiency was likely based on the load he had to carry. He took six more shots per game this year than the year before. That said, it’s a concern as is his minuscule assist numbers.
I dont like him at 23, but I think he's definitely better than end of the 2nd.
And the award for best ginger wing shooter this year goes to.... He'd somewhat make up for not being able to draft Kevin Huerter last year. Windler shot 43% on 7 3-pt attempts per game. Also had over 10 rpg and 2.5 apg. He's almost certainly on the Jazz's shortlist for #23. I guess he'd be our attempt at drafting someone like Klay Thompson. He'll list at 6'8", 200 lbs with a 6'10 wingspan. Also had a 37.5" max vertical.

Yeah, Huerter had a nice year as well shooting near 39% from three for the Hawks and dishing out 3 assists. Windler is older, and not as athletic as Huerter.

Carson Edwards is a gamer period. Best case scenario He keeps improving handles and becomes a solid starter or worse case he becomes a solid backup for years to come.

Thanks a lot for the update. I keep obsessively checking mock drafts these days.
Grant Williams: probably more of an early second round guy than a 23rd pick. Not sure if he will have an ideal position in the NBA due to lack of size at the 4 and lack of speed at the 3. Having said that, I like him. He does have skills, is working to develop an outside shot and is a high character guy with good BBIQ. Probably has 'Jazz DNA' for what it's worth. Bit of a reach at 23, but I could live with the pick.
Chuma Okeke: also probably more of an early second round guy than a 23rd pick, in large part due to his injury. Remains to be seen how well he will bounce back, but he could pay of well down the line. I'd prefer someone who could contribute earlier. I could talk myself into liking the pick, but it would require pure optimism.
Keldon Johnson: probably gone by the 23rd pick. For that reason alone he would be a good pickup.
Brandon Clarke: very likely gone by the 23rd pick. He's not ideal for what we need, since he will most likely play the 4 and isn't known as a shooter. But if we could pick him up at 23 that would be a total steal and I would be very happy to have him on board.
Cameron Johnson: he can shoot the 3 very well and it never hurts to have a guy like that on your team. But he's quite old already and doesn't do much more than shoot the 3. I'm sure he could be a contributor, but somehow I'm not very excited about him.
Nas Little: probably gone at 23. He's not high on my list, but that could be due to insufficient knowledge of his game.
As for the other list, I would feel positive about drafting Thybulle, Okpala, Horton-Tucker, Ty Jerome or Kabengele (Mutombo's nephew btw). No real interest in Bitadze, Fernando or Edwards.

People are saying Edwards has hit his ceiling already? Lol. The dude increased his scoring every year by 6-8 points in college. He averages like 37% from the 3 (Ingles 39%). His ppg, assists, blocks, FT% all went up every year. He can get to the freethrow line 5-6 times per game. He's like the dude we wanted Exum to be but never will.
