Yeah I knew you would bring his personal life into the conversation... in my original post I was talking strictly about him on the course, not outside of it.
I believe what he does in his own time is his business.
sure but when he leverages a certain image to spruik products and make money off it ..
Anyway i was mainly talking about his handful of incidents where he's been involved in shall we say liberal interpretation of the rules to put in kindly. Taking penalty drops that most would consider at the very least against the spirit of the rule involved if not a blatant infringement. Refusing to disqualify himself at the Masters a few years back. Deliberate tactics to unsettle his opponents. Anyway if you're not a golfer you probably wouldn't be too fussed.
