I'm guessing you have to be white to be considered a "Next Jimmer" canidate.

So what did I miss? Did the writer give an explanation of why he could be the next Jimmer? (or just that it could happen)
Basically, he is a white guy who can shoot really well. The UNLV coach is trying him to get him to go to their crappy school over better scholarship offers because he would let him hog the ball like Jimmer.

Sorry, living in Las Vegas just doesn't seem appealing to me. I guess since I have never been there it is an ignorant comment, but yeah, from what I have seen, not my cup of tea.

Not to start a debate or anything, but I guess your perception of crappy depends on what you are studying. Dentistry=Sucky, Hotel Administration number 2 behind the prestigious Cornell.

I think crappy mainly means, "I don't like UNLV." Being a Kentucky fan does not endear me to many other fanbases. You're welcome for Jasper, btw.
