What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

Free Solo. Really effing good.

Seriously. This film was fantastic. I want to see Chin’s Meru now which sounds just as good, if not better. The last 20-30 minutes were so damn tense, and Alex seems as if he was absolutely groomed for this. Not in the rock climbing sense though his parents did have climb a lot when he was a kid. But in the his parents never said I love you and never hugged and he therefore never asked anyone to belay him as he grew older and did much Free Solo on his own as a result. Dude is completely void of emotions and thinks very calmly, almost like some sort of automaton. Some of those shots were absolutely nuts and Alex after that toughest part (forget what it was called) was just sitting there excitedly smiling at the drone’s camera. Unreal. Mad props. And dude’s gf is cute as hell.

Watch The Dawn Wall next. Better than Free Solo.

Ya I think it should be on there. It's about the dude that helped Alex in free solo. The dude and some buddies were climbing somewhere in the middle East or something and got taken at gunpoint by some guys and the climbers ended up pushing their kidnappers off a cliff in order to escape
The dude loses some fingers on one of his hands and then decides he is going to climb a portion of El Capitan that no one has ever climbed before. Alex wouldn't dare attempt to climb it cause it would mean guaranteed death.
They use ropes for this climb so it's not as tense since it's not life or death but the difficulty of the route for the climb they do actually makes it more exciting imo. It's insane ****. They sleep on the wall and everything and it takes them weeks to do their climb. The degree of difficulty is unlike anything I have ever seen

I just started watching The Irishman today. So far it's great. Martin scorsese mob movie with pacino, do Nero, and pesci. Like 3 and half hours though at it's gonna take be a few days to get through it.

Knives out is awesome
Watched that yesterday. I liked it but not as much as everyone else. Seemed a bit corny to me.
Thought that the James Bond actor was fantastic though

Based fairly closely on the actual battle. Has Ragnor from Vikings in it.
