Current NBA players fantasy draft to get us through these coronavirus days

This is the house I’m waiting to go on the market. Praying it does in 2-3 years. We have about 300K in equity in ours and the little two will be out of daycare basically by then. Has a pool and pool house with good sized yard in back.

I wrote the owners a letter a year asking them to please call me before they list it should they ever want. It was more eloquent than that but you get the point.

Thanks brotha. It definitely is, can be stressful as **** sometimes too lol.

no doubt. They’re money pits. We’ve put over 100k into ours since we bought it. We knew we’d have to or want to when we bought but we rewired the whole house and put in a new panel, redid 2.5 baths in full, redid our kitchen, got a new roof, got about 1,100 sqft of sexy stamped concrete for the front porch, sidewalk around back and big back patio, and spent some on landscaping.

Beautiful home. In the past I would have said F that yard, but I've gotten very into yardwork over the past few years. Feels good to get out there and make your yard your bitch.

I'll be finally mortgage free this week after selling one of my rental last week to pay for the rest of the mortgage I had on my own place. Was gonna keep the rental but with the economy the way it will be for the next 2-3 years I'd decided it was better to sell it and be mortgage free and not have the stress. I have other sources of passive income anyway.

It was really lucky to have sold the rental with the current economic climate too, I'm still thanking my lucky stars for it right now (the purchaser signed the sale/purchase agreement just before Covid 19 started to get really bad here in Thailand).

Random, but I just watched a youtube of some guy showing off his "penthouse" in Bangkok he pays $600 a month for. In Utah it would probably be $1100 - $1500 depending on location. So not an insane discount. Fairly nice though.

Yeah it depends on the location, you can have a penthouse anywhere in Bangkok. At $600 it's probably on the very fringe of it, not close to any public transport and in kinda dodgy area.. most foreigners don't mind that cos they don't know one area from another. But in a really nice location with great facilities you'd probably be looking at around $4,000 a month.

Yeah, looked nice enough, but was only on like the 10th floor maybe. Certainly didn't look downtown downtown. But I wouldn't be mad living there if I was a single guy looking to bag some lady boys.

I was shocked at home much houses are in Beijing. It makes sense because it's a giant city. My girlfriend's condo she owns is an decent location and it's an okay place. It's 800 sqft 2 bed 1 bath. It's worth 1 million USD.

Everything else is so cheap in China and outside of a few major cities houses are so cheap here to.

OG Anunoby - Need some toughness on my 2nd unit. Plus he's a functional catch on shoot 3 and D guy.

Then the poor mans Bojan Bogdanovich. Nemanja Bjelica. 42% from 3. Decent rim defender. Really solid off the pick and pop for 3. Like I said. A 6'10" poor mans Bogey.

@Ron Mexico Is back up.

Dang, that's expensive.. wow.

Lol sure thing. Lmao

"Bjelica is a smart player who rarely gets out position. His opponents ran a -1.6 field goal percentage against, including a -5.3 percent from behind the 3-point line. He also blocked 0.7 shots per game, " So, functional and doesn't **** up. Which is all I'm asking for from my 10th man.
