2020 Annual All-Time NBA Draft

My team needs a Secretary of Defense

Adjustments.jpg

The first ever winner of the 6th man award. One of the best defenders to ever play the game. How good was he? He was on the all defensive team every year but one, and HOF thanks to his dominating defense. Blue collar player who loves to compete. Jones was all about winning, and very unselfish. Very nice glue guy for my team.

My favorite player as a kid.

also very fast And athletic and fantastic on the break.

And he is just part of an enduring legacy of NBA players who have caved in to style over substance. It’s obvi gotten muuuuuch worse.
Let it be known that the only thing that is more important than the pursuit of individual stats to Wilt Chamberlain (a player who played 48 minutes a game even in blowouts so he could have that record, for example) is style.

Top-3 overrated player of all time.

He was still really skilled and well built for any era. Top three overrated is pushing it. Obviously he wouldn’t have put up those stats these days, but he’s still easily one of the best centers to play the game.
