It is a hard choice. But the way I look at it, Harris and Kaman cancel each other out; Favors and the top 5 pick cancel each other out; but Kanter, plus a pretty good shot at a top 10 pick in the 2012 draft > Gordon. Kanter and the GS pick each have the potential to be every bit as good as Gordon.

Obviously this is all just my opinion on a choice that was probably never available in the first place, but it is fun to discuss. I guess my main point is that we got as good a deal for Williams as possible, even if it wasn't initially thought to be by many fans.

I was following you until here...kanter and some unknown pick for Eric Gordon is a steal for whomever gets Gordon any day of the week. Gordon is a player who has gotten better each year and if not for an injury would have been an all star. Sure he is undersized, but he is one of the most dynamic players in the league.

Then dont open it if it doesnt interest you, hack I just thought Id remind us of a trade proposal, and wed think about something Non Kanter related for a change of pace. Re-reading countless threads about him and the lockout has gotten awfully stale, plus Diaw has been playing well for France lately. This forum would be much more boring if we all followed a non-sepculateive rhetoric on which threads should be concepted and not.

I love Gordon as well, but I guess I'm higher on Kanter than you. I honestly think he'll be a 20-10 guy by his 4th season. And have you seen 2012 mock drafts? Even if we only end up getting the 12th pick from Golden State, that will get us a guy like Terrence Jones or Austin Rivers. Or if it turns out to be the 8th pick, we'll have a shot at Michael Gilchrist or Quincy Miller.
