No, if there is clock, they are just going to give the ball to Jokic and he will post up and demand double teams. They could also ran hands off with Morris and Murray again.

That is if Craig and Morris don't kill us first.

Jamal has a TS% over 72.5... Craig and Morris won’t do better.
If they’ve already run pick and pop they really won’t have click to work it into the post to Jokic. I’m also trying to get them to make the cross court pass and see if I can get a couple turnovers out of it. Playing it straight up is like giving them a nice soft fluffy robe and some slippers... makes them so comfortable as they shoot. You want them thinking and working a little more.

I bought into the hype after two straight blow outs. Now I've lost all faith.

We need Morgan to gain size and rebound better on both sides of the floor. I know I shouldn't complain about Murray when Donovan is playing equally extraordinary but I still hate his ****ing face.

So if we lose tomorrow do we expect a major offseason overhaul? I think building around Mitchell is smart, but it's a shame we cleared the cupboard for the team we have now. Not a ton of options, especially after we give Don his max deal.

Winning a playoff series his rookie year, I thought we had such a headstart on the team building with a young star. And now hear we are, as far away as ever. And while hindsight is 20-20 we really did just waste two years, and gave up a ton of roster building, and it didn't raise what the team could do in the postseason at all.


We could also of course win tomorrow. Then we have to see us play against a real defense. We'd get smashed by the Clippers and probably be as pessimistic as ever because Mitchell won't be putting up 40 on 55/55/95 shooting.


Ugh, always behind the team. And whatever small, lame moves they do this offseason I will talk myself into. Like I always do. But overall I think the pooch has been sufficiently screwed. Damn.

There should be a overhaul. At least we took a game from Houston last couple of seasons. And we’d be in the conversation for the Conference final last year had we played in Portland’s bracket. If we are to play Houston in a series now, we’d no doubt get swept while Harden averaging 60 a game.
