Job Opening

What Jr. High school coaches do you think they should look at? I knew this one Jr. Jazz coach who was really under-estimated. He got this one fat little kid to dribble all the way down court and even make a basket on his 5th try! It was inspiring. They should look at her too.

I am 34 and 3 as a jr jazz coach can I apply. My kids were giants as kids. My son jake was in the top 100% for his height most of his life.

Locke brought up something interesting... He think Ballmer will go "buy" the best coach whether the guy is with another team or doesn't have a job. So he offers up a **** ton of money to the Spurs for Pop or to the Raps for Nurse.... or the Jazz for Quin.

They don't have any picks they can trade but wonder how much cash it'd take to offer to a franchise for a coach. I also am not sure it is legal. Coaches have been traded before. Was just a thought.

Awesome.

The "Top 100%" is the new elite rank. Anyone with the gall to claim less is not even going to fit in with the new age. I hope the kid is doing as well with 6' distancing from the surface cretins.

As a new convert to socialism, I find all this wisdom about society riveting, right down to this post with my hands and neck in the blocks.

But I do still have a sense of humor, and that makes all the difference.

I don't think Quin wants anything more than his place at the Jazz.

It's power over money, loyalty over opportunity, freedom over expectations.

Maybe you know more but as crazy as I am, I think this is the score.

with the Clips. With a new coach might also come some player movement.

Clips have a large downside market problem.

With the situation in LA, they'll be playing in some damn Florida dome for years, and nobody will want to be from LA or loyal to LA anything. Really bad mayor, really bad governor. Ground Zero for change agitation. I think the movies will be moving too.

Clippers are such an odd situation. Top to bottom, I think they're the most talented team in their league and nearly everyone on their bench is better than our bench.

I'm not sure either way... just thought it was interesting. I am not sure how trading coaches works... like if Quin says he doesn't want to go is his contract voided. In this situation it would be the Millers getting a huge cash payment in exchange for trading Quin.

I don't think this happens... just thought it was interesting.

It is interesting. Very.

Those who are closer to the issue seem to think Snyder and the Millers are a stable institution. I can only wonder how that is, and how it works. Clearly it's got some strong stabilizing factors. Recent hires of old Quin associates lends credibility to that.

My son passed away from cancer 7 years ago. Ironically it was cancer usually associated with tall people.

I noticed you used past tense in reference to your son. Was not sure exactly how to read that. Was in my glib way looking for a more detailed account. I haven't had a child pass away. Very few untimely deaths in my experience, considering all my nephews and nieces. One nephew collapsed near the end of a 5K run, one niece with some chronic problems passed mercifully at age 20. You loved your kid while you had him with you. I try to do that for my two girls who are nearly 18 now, and making their own mark already in this world.

I have not done so much doing stuff as they'd like. It's just hard for me to be out there in a public scene because I have about as much control as Hawking, but I hate diapers.....

I was totally blind and paralyzed when I was 25. Really something to transition from a God's Gift to the World man who could do it all to something like a late nineties care center case being spoon fed and sitting on a bed pan. Doctors saw no hope. But I bounced back enough to finish my BS Chem at the U of U and then work in research labs at the college of Medicine in pathology, immunology, protein chemistry and genetics for a while. Researchers put up with a lot. I couldn't get to work on time, but ddidn't leave until the work was done, maybe the next morning. A lot of time on errands in the Eccles Library just doing the paper chase.

All liberal profs, top of their field in rank, and kind, respectful souls.

They told me I could make it in business and earn a lot more, and they were right.

I thought the post was about the Presidency. In one of my favorite ironic twists of 2020, Donald Trump got Covid and is in a high risk category. No matter who you are... that irony is fantastic. And the position may be opening up soon.

The pathetic band of Resistance fighters in here might be seriously challenged with barriers like yours.

However, doing Trump in will not win the fight for your cause. If anything, it would clarify the issues and remove the most obvious rallying issue in your favor.

Trump is not really a Republican, nor a conservative. He has never cared to analyze issues in that false political spectrum. Trump is nothing more than a pragmatic American with no confusing principles. He even thinks the Council of Foreign Relations is about making America great. He thinks trade with China and Korea helps make America great.

Anyone who actually believes Marx needs to wake up and smell the ginseng in Asia. Even in Russia, but it's more about Onions there, and India has some distinct odors as well, all of which raise the question about just how ideology really works when submerged in cultures of varying human civilization. We will never make perfect ideologues. Marx is whole-cloth delusion with no underlying reality. Everybody has to make up lies to push the actual reality of totalitarian Fascist causes.

Resistance fighters might as well be tearing off bras. The underlying reality is human nature, which will always prove beyond the power of control from exploitative schemers. The result will always be some human cost in loss of virtue, loss of opportunity, loss of lives and destructions of our planet, more effectively done because a few very influential people can make bigger decisions and have more damaging effects on others. To their personal profit or power, perhaps. But to the loss of the general humanity.

There will prove to be more Trumps in the deck, most of which will not be overtly named "Trump", because Americans will be increasingly outraged by false "Progressive" issues and policies. Until the word "progressive", and the word "communist" and the word "fascism" all have about the same negative public perception.

People like Mike Lee and Ted Cruz are still in the general CFR orbit and will not prove to be especially influential though however dogmatically "Constitutional". What people will increasingly insist on having is opportunity and human rights. Corporates, cartels, mega box stores and banks.......nah. Urban areas will break up into distinct localities with local rule. Rural areas will de-industrialize and return to smaller scares of activity. Less government and less central planning and control will run globalism outta the scene.
