Because we knew that Ricky, Favs and Rudy did not work... what we didn't know is would Favs and Rudy work or would Ricky and Rudy work. There were simple solutions everywhere.

Mike playing better should lead the offense to go supernova if we get consistency out of DM and Bojan at some point here. We still have an issue of needing a point of attack defender against guys like Kyrie, Jamal, Dame, Steph, and others... or we need to trap and force others to do the work (worked against Dame). Putting Royce out there on them isn't working.
 
At the beginning of the season, when we were 4-4 with some ugly losses, there was plenty of shade to go around. But some insecure people insist on rubbing people's faces in their reaction to the moment rather than just letting all the fans enjoy the ride. We are winning as a team, why can't we cheer as a team?
 
Heres the difference. When he sucks I call him out, and when he does well I praise.

He's playing great, and making me eat crow now.

If he struggles in the playoffs with you homers admit what you see?

I call it both ways, and would prefer to be wrong with Royce. If Royce continues to play like this I'll be banished to the kingdom of shame
and obese from the amount of crow i'll have to eat. I'll take that fate if it means we win the title. That's all I care about.
 
Lol. Basically no training camp. And a super short preseason (especially for Royce). And he doesn’t come out of the gate on fire. So some people gotta call it “both ways”? Lmao.
 
He had been so so terrible shooting until he threw up that prayer which may have shook him out of it.

Then he just plays the worst kind of matador defense to give up the tying basket with 3 seconds left. Didn’t have a ****ing chance. Gobert sure does save these guys’ asses a lot. Perfect example. Exact same scenario as today but if Gobert was in, Royce still gets blown by. But that shot is sent to the stands. Jazz win.

Also why are we still putting him on small, quick, guards? Even when he’s playing well on D, that’s not his thing.

I've been saying it all along that Gobert is our MVP. Imagine how good we would be with a decent perimeter defender that actually helped Gobert instead of just hoping Gobert bailed them out.
 
Royce lovers silenced tonight.

Like I said he will let us down when it counts. In big moments, and in the plyoffs.

If we want a title we have to upgrade Royce.
