Stop using +/- as the sole basis for drawing conclusions about a player.

It's moronic.

It's a stat that displays how effective a player is while on the floor. It's actually just as important than a players points, and rebound stats.

I’m sad we didn’t draft Bane... a guy giving the other team great playoff minutes... I’m comforted by the fact that in 3 years we can use a second rounder to dump Udoka’s contract though.
