These videos are amazing. The only unfortunate side effect is that it creates optimism within me that a season will happen. My brain tells me that it will not happen.

How awesome would it be to have someone on our team these days who could hit the 3 like that!! God, I miss that guy.
 
I went to that game, if I recall I think he had 40 points. Horny had one of the great pure fast as lightning strokes in the game ever. I'm sure I have never cheered louder then I did in that game.
 
Good point dalamon. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to see what this kid can become. I got a good feeling about him. Lots of guys on our teams have had good nights, even good stretches, but nobody has shown me I can trust them from behind the arc. I cringed every time someone on our team took a 3 last year. Hopefully Hayward can develop into that reliable long range threat we need.
 
The confidence and the shooting stroke of Hayward in that game was great. The dunk at 1:50, no hesitation, over 3 defenders. Could he become a more athletic, 6' 8" Hornacek? Well, holy **** is all I can say.
 
Imagine an offense of Hayward and Jimmer raining three's on kickouts from our bigs. Ah what could have been....

Then imagine Jimmer's defense making Almond look like an All-Pro Defender. No thanks. I don't want Jimmer's defense anywhere near this team.
