Jefferson should be traded before Millsap. Millsap is a much more efficient player. Jefferson "black hole" struggles at pick and roll defense. For 7 million dollars, Millsap is a steal for ANY team.
Yes sign me up...
We get valuable playing time for Favors and Kanter.
We get Collison, our PG of the future, once Harris' contract is expired.
We get another 1st round draft pick to package together with other assests to move up and get a Swingman to compliment Hayward and Burks.
Indiana's way under the cap. I don't believe salary matching applies.
And again, in that case, dumping Al makes a lot more sense.

Our PG of the future is a below average, small guy?
I mean the key to winning a championship is to have a big bruising tall guy at PG right?
Kidd - 6'4'' 210 Lbs/Barea 6'0'' 175 Lbs (Listed Barea as he was a bigger factor vs. Kidd in the playoffs/finals)
Fisher - 6'1'' 210 Lbs
Rondo - 6'1'' 171 Lbs
Parker - 6'2'' 180 Lbs
Thats your list for the last 10 years or so....
Again, so important we have a huge PG running the show. Collison is definately 'smaller' but would put him closer to Rondo in size with his quickness.

All of those are above average point guards with the exception of Fisher, and there is no Kobe Bryant on this team.
