Undrafted FA's

One thing that got lost in the shuffle of the lockout are undrafted FA's and non-roster players.

I'll defer to the folks here who know more about college b-ball than I do. I'm figuring with no summer league and the incredibly short window before the season starts there may be a couple of decent players flying under the radar right now.

Scotty Hopson

I would assume most of the undrafted FA's have signed some sort of Euro deal.

aw yes, the annual who's-the-next-Wes thread. I vote for a sticky. I still miss Wes.

Jamie Skeen sf/pf can shoot the three, rebound and play under pressure. I think he's playing in Europe.

Brad Wannamaker pg/sg can shoot and rebound and play two positions. I think he's playing in Italy.

Both were seniors, now playing in Europe, and can play multiple positions.

Who cares, with a shortened preseason I doubt many if any undrafted fa. will play any role with any teams, and then consider most of the better undrafted players have signed over sea's due to the lockout.

Am I doing it right?

Jazz apparently invited some guy from UIC named Paul Carter to camp. 6'8" small forward

Never heard of him - not the best numbers in the world in college. Anyone know anything about him?

"Lighty is set to sign a two year contract worth $300,000 and it does not include an NBA opt out clause." My favorite player from last few seasons.
