Last night I watched UNLV Senior guard Bryce Hamilton go off for for 32 points. He is averaging 21.2 points for the season. The kid is 6'4"and looked like an NBA player last night.
Bryce Hamilton is a pro for sure and should definitely get looks. Always been a fan, he was underrated by colleges/recruiting services due to a late growth spurt. UNLV did a terrible job surrounding him with legit complementary pieces(shooters n bigs who could dominate in the paint)..
In the scope of this draft, well, I think he's going to need lots of luck to get selected, he's certainly coming on strong late in the season. However he's not exactly the good kind of tweener, for a player who uses a big chunk of the shotclock he doesnt create much for others, he doesnt draw many fouls either, hes not particularly athletic or long for NBA standards.
He seems destined for the G-League, he does have some nice shake to him off the dribble, he's a guy you root to have a killer predraft process hopefully he can destroy at the combine exhibitions cuz its extremely unlikely he's gonna impress elsewhere at the combine.
He is a 21 year old senior which is super rare these days...
The Italian player Gorganio Bortolani i posted bout a few days ago, looks way better, and way more NBA ready if im being honest tho.
