Those are all moves on the fringes. The trainer situation wasn't a Don call. Numerous people in our organization and on the coaching staff were pissed by Elliott scratching Don without notice. The trainer left. His words.

Give me a concrete example how Donovan made us change how we play the game of basketball or who is on the floor with him. He hasn't had "power". He's had suggestions. Tweaks. Power means he makes something change.

I dont think Butler makes a significant difference this year, but the logic of playing Forrest over him is pretty clear in my eyes and something I understand.

I really wonder if the board was less Anti-Donovan if Lopo would drastically change his tune. He only argues in bad faith and seemingly only does so to be contrarian against the popular board stance.
