I know man, here's a shoulder .. it'll be okay. Chin up, kid, you've got an early start and given a few (thousand) years, you'll make one heck of a message board scout.
 
Well, I guess we should add Doron Lamb to the SG watch. Kid has been unbelievable this year. He plays backup PG when Teague site (and does a better job at this point), he's the best on the team at creating his own shot, an above-average defender, and is shooting over 50% from 3 for his career. Right now I'd put him neck-and-neck with JLamb .. a step ahead of Beal or Rivers (he is a year older than those guys, though). I'm not suggesting he has the same upside, but he is UK's leading scorer this year and is currently UK's ALL-TIME leading 3pt shooter. No mistakes, do-it-all .. anyway, worth watching.
 
^^^ One more thing, DLamb is at 52% from 3 this year averaging around 5 attempts per game.

What do you think about him playing PG on the NBA level? He doesn't have many assists, but doesn't have many turnovers either. That counts for a lot in my book.
 
I just wanted to know what everyone thought about Beal being a pg in the NBA. He doesn't seem like the best distributor but he could be a great threat from long range and that would free up space for Favors, Hayward Burks and so on.

I'd be a little pessimistic about either DLamb or Beal playing primarily the PG position in the NBA. Having said that, I'd put DLamb in that position before Beal. Kid is calm and cool under pressure, ice-water in his veins. Makes no mistakes, astonishingly high bbIQ, and never turn the ball over. Having said that, I think either could be capable of sliding over and giving the PG a rest for 10-12 minutes per game. DLamb is maybe the best pure shooter in the NCAA and doesn't have to be setup to nail them. Watch a game or two of his and you see he can score in anyway he needs to. Calipari said that DLamb may not be the best pro prospect on the team, but is the best bb player he's got.

I'll have to check out D Lamb more but I like what you're saying. If he CAN play PG, then that's awesome, as he doesn't HAVE to play PG. Ideally, you have two players that can handle the ball and create for others (makes it exponentially more difficult for a defense to gameplan). If you can get a wing to also be a secondary playmaker then you go for it.

6' 4" 170??? Yikes. Still an interesting player. I doubt he gets to the line like he does in college (which is a factor in his efficient scoring), but his shooting is rill, rill nice.

He's worth taking a look in an in-game situation.
