If you want to lose every game by 30 sure. You cant just throw in young guys who have no shot at competing if you want to develop a good culture. I think the Jazz actually want to get out of this tanking phase with a lot of pieces they think they can keep. They dont want to just throw them out there and lose, shoot their confidence, and move on.
The Jazz vets arent good enough to win them games, but they are good enough to not be completely trashed like our young guys. There's value in keeping them around until the right deal comes along or they expire.
