Would Andre Igoudala be able to be had for TPE + Bell or Miles? Not that I really want him, but he seems like a player that his current team wouldn't mind trading for less than his actual value to clear up space for Evan Turner.

You can't combine the value of a TPE with other TPEs or player salaries. One TPE pertains to one player.

It was my impression that you can't combine TPEs and player(s) for one guy.

You can't combine the value of a TPE with other TPEs or player salaries. One TPE pertains to one player.

NOTE: As far as I know, anyway. That's how it worked previously and haven't heard of a change.
