What's new

Summer League Finale: Jazz vs. Sixers, 7/9, 8:00 AM MT

Evans draws a nice charge. Maybe I owe KOC an apology too. Evans might be a good backup. Anyone who scores a bit AND defends has my fan support.

At 3:38, Hayward drives more effectively but shoots less so; 24-second clock was running out.

56-26 Utah with 2:55 left; Jeremy Evans hustles to putback his own miss (also an Ok shot). Philly has made only 2 point in the third quarter.

Hayward leads all scorers with 14; Evans not far behind with 12, leading all scorers and doubling Turner's points.

Just as it should be.

Gardner has got a nice outside shot. Wouldn't be surprised to see him get a pre-season invite, especially if Korver leaves.

Is Evans making better moves? Getting the ball in better spots? Playing against lazy D? What happened today?

He's finding out the NBA isn't like the Big 10.

Edit: Oops, I thought you were talking about Evan Turner. The other guy with Evan in his name, the better one, plays for us.

Summer league is over and I think Hayward could of easily scored much more per game if given more minutes. Utah more than any other team, split up the minutes equally amongst all the players.

Before the game, GH must have made the team his signature pancakes, sprinkled with love. That or the Philly players were out late, disco-dancing.

Easily could have. He was very efficient. I also like that after the game he mentioned that he needed to work on his aggressiveness. Overall, I think it was a pretty good week from him though.
