And you have the same issue. I did say we only rank if we don’t get a top two pick. But even so, we may not have to tank. But the jazz shouldn’t stop tanking before they are ready, it doesn’t mean our future isn’t bright, and yes, the poster above is right, you are a drama queen. After next year those picks or some of those picks will be used as trade pieces to bolster the team, that right there destroys your entire argument.

They might be, or not. Other teams have actual Tatums, Bookers, Jokics - the Jazz have draft assets. A full-on tanking team is not transformed with one or two trades into a contender.

You called for the tanking. And said that Lauri will have it good tanking. I haven't heard single word from you why Lauri (or any player for that matter) should be feeling good tanking, when they have the option to be contending with a multitude of teams. So, why?

Teams that have actual players (let's say OKC) can say they have a bright future. An All-Star can be with those guys every day at practice and see the potential. Whereas picks can turn out to be super-valuable or completely worthless.

IF the Jazz are full-on tanking next year, they're not on a clear upswing. What I was responding to was that "Lauri has it good here" when the team is full-on tanking next year. That would be awful for Lauri, for any player of his caliber.

Are you joking? The Jazz literally came out and said Lauri was untouchable. Lauri said he was very happy about being untouchable as no team has ever called him that. Maybe do a little research before you start saying random stuff.

It’s hilarious that women of all people don’t understand… I think the “tanking season feels” is the most complex emotion I have. My wife and daughters have complex emotional feelings over everything… it feels nice to turn the table and just say “it’s complicated… you won’t understand”.

Teams don't go from full-on tanking to "clear upswing" overnight. Imagine Lauri's exit interview with DA after next year and a 22-win season. He's obviously telling don't expect him to re-sign. Which DA can counter with "I'm getting Luka here" - but that's not very probable.

I mean we literally can’t tank… we have tried real hard… if we try to tank this offseason I worry we might **** around and win a title or three.

I really just don’t understand how Lauri’s fans from Finland come on here and say Lauri owes the team nothing and he’s leaving as soon as he gets a chance. We are the first team not to trade him and he literally blossomed into an all-star starter his first year here. The system Hardy has really helps Lauri utilize his strengths. Just really weird behavior when this is the perfect situation for Lauri.
