It is realistic in that it conforms to the CBA. However you omitted Hedo from the trade, and his inclusion is a pre-condition for any Howard trade, so that's one strike against it.

Rondo's persona is different. His is from intensity/focus. Demanding perfection on the court. No doucheness, no thugness, just an unwillingness to lose. That level of focus makes many uncomfortable and most misread it.
