That will have to wait until next year. Lauri started the year too slow (just above 80 %) on FTs. Let's say he averages 8 FTs a game and only misses two games the rest of the way. He would then have to make at least 143/152 (94+ %) to climb to 90 for the season. Which would probably be one of the best FT shooting stretches in league history. He's been above 90 since the start of December with the increased volume so very much a possibility next year.

That's a crazy stat. Wow.
Down side is people are gonna say he has no midrange game.. and guard him accordingly.

That's not a downside, he's a great mid range shooter.

A. If you watch the games you know that he does have a mid range game though.
B. That is how nba defenses guard every player in the nba in todays game. Try to limit threes and paint points. So wouldnt be guarded any differently due to this information
