Why are you apologizing? And what makes you think you can apologize on anybody else's behalf but your own?
It's not a crime to want the team to win and make the playoffs you know? Everyone can debate tanking till the cows come home, but that's like the vast majority of Jazz fans everywhere outside of this bubble that want the team to win.
And why would you apologize to these people? The dude is openly and very much unapologetically giddy with excitement that one of (his own, supposedly) the team's players had a brain injury. They're celebrating every injury, every missed buzzerbeater, every failure and wishing ill on the team's players.
It's a cult, a fundamendalist religion. All morals go out the door. And for what? One pick out of 15, the difference between #8 and #11.
Thankfully the overwhelming majority of Jazz fans are good people. I mean, for more than half the teams in the NBA blowing up the roster and then gutting it at the deadline would've meant empty, half-dead arenas for this season. But they're there every night actually cheering the team on and playing their own part in their success.
I don't care if you've been following a team, any team, for 35 years or 35 weeks. If you're happy when your own players are significantly injured, you're not fan. Just a zealot.
