fair. yeah, he's just wrong on this one. i mean, walker might not be a good nba three point shooter, but it won't be due to shooting on the way down.
KOC said today his mocks are just him having fun and not Intel based at this point. I thought that was mostly obvious, but don't get your hopes up when he makes Whitmore drop to 9

Boon is not great behind a mic but he is not dumb. Locke, on the other hand, plaguerizes the leagues smartest and throws stats around like he knows what they mean when he doesn't.
Oh yeah, and his nasal whining voice is still about as irritating as it gets behind the mic.
Locke banks on fans with a serious lack of something to listen to. Its quantity, not quality.

Boone is right shooting on the way down is a negative for 3pt shooting. Maybe Boone or Locke saw some shots early in the season when he did that, idk. Boone isn't stupid though, he just old and kind of slow (but probably damn fast relative to his agre group)
The way a player shoots from mid-range isn't necessarily the same as shooting from 3pt range. Walker can make a subtle adjustment to shoot from NBA 3pt range. He can load up his shot a little earlier and use his legs more if he's shooting that far out. To say, "He won't be able to shoot," isn't necessarily true.

I don't get the sense that David Locke ever actually played basketball. Like, at any level.
I still don't get the hate Locke gets when he clearly qualifies his draft opinions are what they are and not quality. It's not like he is trying to pass off his draft opinions as valuable or something special.
