This. Unless we spend money in free agency we are most likely missing the playoffs. And I could easily see this being the jazz goal.
Question?…. Is this draft good enough to spend future first round picks on? I fear DA doing just that. I haven’t paid much attention besides March madness. So not sure if it’s worth it.
If the Jazz could get Scoot, Cam Whitmore or maybe one of the Thompsons, I think I'd spend an extra pick to do it. Jazz need to get things moving, and those guys have bonafide star upside.
I know if there is a draft to do it it’s this one.
**** out of here with that negative bs. We almost fell *** backwards into the play-in game on accident this year.
Jazz were 6-14 over their final 20 games this year (.300). Now imagine that we're starting the season without Clarkson and potentially without THT.

I mean we pretty much shut down Kessler, Lauri, Clarkson, and Sexton. THT getting heavy minutes was NOT a plus.
This. Sexton and Clarkson didn’t play in any of those games. Lauri and Kessler missed a ton of those games as well.
Another thing Tony mentioned is that the Jazz would like the 1st round pick they owe OKC to convey next year.

He fits them somewhat, especially if Jarace Walker is out of reach for them. But I don't think Hendricks is going to get to #12. OKC must be trading up to #7 or #10.
I'm cool with it, a) because I'm not that into Hendricks, and b) it takes OKC out of the Bufkin/Bilal sweepstakes.
