I think it's BS. He looked pretty good in some of those clips athletically/physically.

The term "yellow flag" should make everyone chuckle.

If MPJ can survive 3 back surgeries to still be a great playoff player, teams are going to not be scared of a guy with yellow flags over his thumb(?)

If teams are passing on Whitmore it's because they dont trust his basketball ability outside of his athleticism relative to the other lottery guys.

in Wasserman's Bleacher Report updated mock draft he published this morning. He has Whitmore sliding to the Jazz at 9 and the reason is "medical concerns"

Eh....means nothing if he looks explosive but an underlying issue is found. I hope his health is all good but if he's available at #9, we know the medical issues are real.

These medical concerns with Whitmore are definitely spooking me. If it's enough to have him fall all the way to #9 it means it's bad.

Givony also said he was hearing mixed reports on Whitmore. Said some teams raved about Whitmore's workouts for them and others thought he had a bad workout/wasnt conditioned enough.

So either teams are lying or Whitmore just had some bad workouts (happens all the time with scheduling and flights). I was told by a source that Whitmore was very impressive for the Jazz in his workout.

if he does fall to 9 , I would not take him, because then I would be convinced it wasn't bs even though right now I am convinced nothing is bad enough for him to fall that far
