2023 NBA Draft Megathread

If the twins go 4/5 then the worst case scenario (for me) becomes very likely imo.

6. Whitmore
7. Walker
8. Black

Leaving the Jazz Hendricks, or taking a big swing elsewhere. Wonder how open Orlando would be to dropping down.

God, the Taylor Hendricks hype from Andy Larsen is beyond stupid.

Do not compare Hendricks to JJJ as a weakside protector.

JJJ averaged 3 blocks per game in 21 minutes per game. They arent comparable.

Its too high of a comp... I do think Hendricks will be a better shooter but JJJ is just so damn long and unique on defense.

If you actually looked at the guys stats you’d realize how incredibly dumb it is to say dime a dozen. His combo of dunks threes and blocks is quite the opposite.
Its lauri markennanish tbh.

Russillo gave like 20 seconds on Hawkins last night. And he sounds like a truly special shot maker. Would be shocked if he's not a productive NBA player.
I've run hot and warm on him... never cold. I think he could do some stuff of the screens in a spread court that could be electric. I also wonder if he ends up being a rich man's Shamet.. not the same type of player but good shooter but you don't run a ton of stuff for him and the size is an issue. I could also see him doing more with the ball and lots of people looking stupid.
