THT is switching to #5 and Hendricks is going to get #0. I think this is a pretty good sign that THT is going to opt in because if he wasn’t I don’t think he’d care about the number situation. He could also opt out and re-sign as well.
I think THT is probably going to opt in. I wouldn't be surprised to see him moved as part of another deal, but I don't think he'll get anything better in FA at the moment.THT is switching to #5 and Hendricks is going to get #0. I love THT. Hopefully he’s back. Would love to see what another year if development looks like for him.THT is switching to #5 and Hendricks is going to get #0. Me too. Not a lot of hope but there might be something there. Entertaining player no doubt and love to root for him.I love THT. Hopefully he’s back. Would love to see what another year if development looks like for him.
THT is like a twofer. You get to watch a basketball game and the circus at the same time.Me too. Not a lot of hope but there might be something there. Entertaining player no doubt and love to root for him.
Such a unique talent. If he could just improve his catch and shoot 3 pointers, he’d be a brutal guy to have to defend. Glad they tried him at PG. He’s not traditional at all, but he’s best with the ball in his hands and it’s probably his best position.THT is like a twofer. You get to watch a basketball game and the circus at the same time.
I want to see the roster before I decide on if I want THT back. If it appears we are really trying to be serious and win I am not sure I want him back. If it’s like last year then sure… for entertainment purposes. Those things that are fun and quirky might be annoying if you are really a serious team.THT is like a twofer. If he ever really shoots it well he could be a problem. Otherwise he’s more a bench spark plug. I just wonder if he can dial down the weird by 20%… and increase his shooting by 5-10%. He has “youth” but at some point I get you came intoYeah, he started to play better towards the end of last season but he is still so inefficient it’s maddening at times. I’d rather let Sexton/Keyonte/Ochai get a ton of playing time at 1/2.
I hope that for once is the last 12 months you are right… would love that for you.Don't let HH's anti THT propaganda persuade you. He's our future next to Keyonte
Wonder what he'd want if he opts out and signs a 4 year deal. 4/48? More?
It's been obvious. He was either opting in or opting out to sign long term
Do people really think he can get 4/50 or anything in that range in the open market? Maybe I'm just completely out of the loop and don't know what is going on, but to me it seems kinda nuts. He's not played anywhere close to deserving that type of contract. What am I missing? I thought for a while Cy was memeing with his love for THT but at this point it kind of looks like it's for real. So weird.Wonder what he'd want if he opts out and signs a 4 year deal. 4/48? More?
If there's a clue here, it's that the Jazz were trying to trade Sexton, leaving Kris Dunn as the only point guard on our roster. Keyonte does come in as a rookie, but I'm pretty sure the Jazz ultimately see Dunn as a backup.
