That Castleton guy is really good though. Saw some hype about him on Twitter before the draft, don't think he even got invited to the combine but generated some late buzz. Blocks shots, can make passes in short roll, decent touch around the basket. Lakers found a diamond in the rough I think.

Other guys who caught my eye over the first couple of days:

Champagnie (Spurs): So much energy and is making his shots. Was really, really good in the game versus the Lakers

Springer (Sixers): He might not be good at basketball, but he is a super athlete and makes so many plays

Bailey (Hornets): My guy was hooping last night.

Spinella had Castleton as one of his under the radar guys. He seems good indeed.

Bailey looks good too...

Don’t ever compare JHS to D-Will ever again. How disrespectful can you be? D-Will could shoot and wasn’t a turnover machine plus had one of the best crossovers ever.
Haha, like I would trust your opinion over my own. JHS is going to be really good.

My advice for the injured rookies. Use extreme heat - Sauna.. Extreme heat is on the level of food, exercise, as a genetic trigger for our bodies. If you mix heat with exercise you will accelerate results for improved body recomposition.

2nd piece of advice, incorporate a Kaatsu/blood flow restriction routine. I would do it with the heat as that would prevent deep vein thrombosis. Kaatsu would make you quicker on defense. I saw Gobert use a blood flow restriction device. The slow twitch muscles gets converted to fast twitch in a blood flow restricted. The safety of Kaatsu has been validated by the many Olympian training programs around the world. It is also heavily used in Japan especially the martial.arts community.

Fatten up the Summer and get lean in the Winter. Oh wait, the opposite is typically true. Hmmm..I wonder why?

C'mon life on earth and genetics has nothing at all to do with the Sun and it's effects. What do think we are cell based life forms? The Sun has been around for a billion of years that is not long enough to be involved....

Oh and Dwight Howard uses Kaatsu too. Such a bad defender like Gobert....

JHS has been much more physical around the basket and it's done wonders for him. He was a little soft inside the paint in college, but he's actually using his body now....Ochai should take notes. Maybe this is the thing that takes from horrible to average at the basket. He's not a sure thing shooter, however, and his jumper has been really bad. Can't judge a shooter from summer league though.
