What's new

Game #8: Jazz at Warriors, Saturday 01/07/2012 8:30 MST

Let me just clue you in... Jefferson is better than Kanter and Favors... At least right now...

Favors... I love his hustle, and he definately is better on defense, but he has no post moves...

Kanter... Again, I love this kids hustle... And he has somewhat of a post game and probably rebounds better than Jefferson... But the kid is either afraid to shoot from 20 feet out or he can't...

Now if Jefferson isn't producing, then yes, I agree... You need to play the kids more... But right now, he's getting the job done... Plays good one on one defense in the post (agree he's somewhat of a liability in help defense)... But right now, he has the best all around game among our C/PF..

You can't play him less... You just can't do it...

YOu just dont get it.
what i am saying is with this depth and the lockout shortened season it is best not to have a player play 30+ minutes. because the risk of injury increases in a condensed schedule.
geez.

with the minimal drop off and beenfit we get from playing favors and kanter.
why risk it. but ok

I am starting to loath Matt Harpring. Guy just can't shut up for a second.
says the same thing over and over and is always talking about when he played.

I'm about to get the GS feed.

Is it just me or is Harpring really trying to imitate JVG as a commentator. If he is, he should know that he is failing badly.

Being down 1 isn't that bad considering our bench played pretty poorly relative to their usual play. The Oracle is one of the hardest arenas to play in the league.

If you have last 2 years 3rd draft picks sitting on the bench you better bench you SUPERSTAR at times, especially when he is hurting the team defense

But the kids are playing... I would be pissed if they weren't playing at all, but they're playing bench minutes, which is something I'm okay with in their 1st years...

You can't lose the entire team by benching ALL of your veterans... And if you want your young kids to play, then you better be doing Big Al a favor by trading him...

You can call me crazy, but I think Corbin is thinking this team is capable of making a run at the title with a good mix of veterans and youth... And some crazy depth (at least IMO)...

You don't cash in on the season this early... Especially when you're 4-3... That's just stupid!

Hayward needs to get rid of his Justin Bieber hairdo. It's affecting his vision. He'd be shooting perfect without it.

Wow, has it really come to this for CJ Miles? Remember when this entire board thought he could be an All-Star wing? I don't remember who, but someone said he could be a longer, more athletic Ray Allen.

I'd like to see him grow it out all the way to his back. Don't even tie it during the game. Just let it flow behind him like Jesus.
