Trade ideas

I meant that the other way around. We don't want Whitmore and I'm not sure Amen is a good fit either. What picks do they own that we would value?
Why wouldn't we want Whitmore. He's one of the leagues premium prospects who have been dominating the G league and summer league. If we trade Lauri we are most definitely gonna want a guy like Whitmore who's worth developing. Amen is a good fit in terms of being a ballhandling PG renowned for his athleticism, defense and playmaking. All of which are currently lacking in our backcourt. And Eason is already a very good player who can help us now and future.

I personally would love Whitmore, but the Jazz don't. If we think Kessler is a keeper, and maybe we don't anymore, then I don't think we would pair him with a total non shooter.

I actually like both players a lot, but just not sure the Jazz would.

Whitmote is shooting 42% from deep on 4 made per game in the g league right now......

You can look through my post history, I'm a fan of Whitmore, and I agree with your point that he should be getting NBA minutes.

The Jazz don't like him, I'm not sure why. I doubt Gleage games are changing their mind.

He is... we found someone that overpaid for Rudy... if there is a bidding war because a guy's market is much wider then why wouldn't an overpay happen?

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. I don’t think one overpay means another will happen. There were several teams after Jrue, I don’t think Boston overpaid.

I don’t think Lauri gets traded, but I also wonder how long Ainge can keep cruising. At some point a big decision will have to be made. There’s only so many years you can win 30-40 games.

We were in on Dame and Jrue conversations. I think we’re trying.

There is no evidence that the jazz don't like him. People are claiming that because we passed on him but that could just mean that we liked Hendricks and George more.

Tony Jones and other beat reporters indicated that he was not an option for us. I'm not sure how credible you think these beat reporters are, but for a guy with his talent to be passed on twice is a really good indication that we didn't like him.

If the Lakers removed protection on 2027. Gave us the unprotected 2029 FRP and added 3 swaps then I would move Lauri.

Jazz beat reporters don't know **** most of the time. Also like I said maybe we just liked Hendricks and George more than Whitmore. There is nothing wrong with that and it definitely doesn't mean that we disliked Whitmore.

I think it’s fairly obvious Whitmore was off our board entirely.
