I wouldn't have booed him, but it seemed to throw him off his game so well done fans.

I think it had more to do with the fact they had just played a road game @ Phoenix, where he played a ton of minutes and did all the work for his team.

I was disgusted and embarrassed being in the arena last night. The worst display from Jazz fans of all-time.

Why? Because the fans booed an opposing player? A player mind you who is a fair-weather guy, liking it here while things are going well and surely absorbing the fan love that comes with that, and being a pissy, I deserve better than this, ******* when things go tough.

Hope he has fun in Dallas as Dirk's career winds down.

Pro basketball is entertainment. As a fan, when I go to games, I treat it like I'm at an interactive play. There are villans, there are heroes. The villans get booed and the heroes get cheered. If that hurts the entertainers feelings, well...all the better.

I have a lot of fun when I go to games. It is a chance to go crazy and act like a jackass. I'm not even a repressed LDS guy, but it gives me a place and time to act in a way I would not act outside the arena.

Wait. Can we start over? Im lost Why did we Boo Deron

Jazz fans are the dumbest on the planet, that's why. So the guy had some pissing and moaning dramatic moments like you'll get from any super star. I'm sure Jerry and Karl went through much much worse during their tenure. The bottomline is we had a fun/competitive team for 6 straight years and there was one man who was mainly responsible for it. He gave so many great moments/games/highlights that we were lucky to have so quickly after losing our 2 hall of fame players. I understood the Fisher booing, I understood the Boozer booing, but last night was a disgrace and like someone said in another thread one guy was booing him because "he left Utah!" Last night was an absolute low for this franchise.

Rep'd accordingly.

It's amazing how stupid some people become once their favorite thing/player/politician/whatever comes under fire.
