The worst part of it is the cleanse. That stuff is pretty gross.

Ha! I just got my first one scheduled for later in the month. They gave me the directions...like nothing but clear liquid the two days before and then nothing the day of. I'm a veteran intermittent fasting and use to three days without food, but I like to do it on my terms.
