2024 NBA Draft Mega Thread

We've already got Kris Dunn to do that stuff. Castle is 4/18 (22%) on 3PAs in the tournament. He's not going to get on the floor til he fixes that.
Your dislike of Castle is out of control. Also Dunn is a free agent and 30 so I don't see the point in bringing him up at all. We are arguably the worst defensive team in the league and Castle would most definitely see rotation minutes immediately.

I do not think you want to argue that we don't need any more help on defense.

Jazz want size, length and defense, sure, but they aren't going to draft a non-shooter inside the top 10. They just gift-wrapped Nickeil and Ochai because those guys weren't consistent enough from the perimeter.

Not wanting to draft a 2-guard who shoots under 28% from 3 isn't hate. It's discernment. And it's not that he isn't making shots, it's that he doesn't even want to shoot them.

Sure his shooting is a concern, but dismissing his defense because "We've already got Kris Dunn to do that stuff", is not a valid take for the worst defensive team in the league.

Purdue was the #2 three point shooting team in the nation due to everyone double and triple teaming Edey leaving the rest of the team wide open. UConn played him straight up and had Castle lock down the three point shots. Purdue only made one three pointer on only six attempts.

Oh Castle still had 15p/5r/3a/1s too
