2024 NBA Draft Mega Thread

If Castle develops his shot a bit, I think he’s a lot like Nembhard/Bruce Brown. Really nice player to have.

I wouldn't think Jared McCain would be a good defender with his short wingspan, but when you watch him in games he's actually really solid. It will be more difficult in the NBA with his physical deficiencies, but I actually think he'll be ok on that end.

I was just reading that he played on ball in high school and was good in that role, but had to take on an off ball role at Duke. I think he has a lot of balance to his game and is a smart player which should help him get minutes as a rookie.

The more I look in to him the more I like him.

I did, born in COMO, but you do you. Regardless, I like your focus in on sallis. He could be a sleeper
I lived in COMO for two years (2020-2022) and still have a property there. It's a cool town. A bunch of people told me Michael Porter Jr. is a super nice guy.

Fun college town! Actually a pretty quick growing city these days. Poor Missouri bball. The optimism the program had followed by his college career ending injury before he even got going was devastating. That’s the kind of luck NBA teams need to be great.

Nuggets get MVP IN 2nd round. MPJ at like 9 when he was the #1 prospect and a have a seriously undervalued PG in murray

Stinking thunder get Chet Holmgren then he is out for the whole year so they get another top draft pick the next year.

His size and athleticism gives him the potential to be a lot more than those players.

Potential…sure, but I would expect him to be about that level of player and fill that role. I don’t buy into him as a shot creator or big time PnR initiator. Maybe the size allows him to guard a wider variety of players but I don’t think his offensive outlook is much different.
