I think you are mixing some stuff up. She specifically mentioned Sheppard as a guy the Jazz really like.
Charlotte and Portland reportedly like Williams but they’re at 6 and 7 so the speculation is they might move down if they knew he was available.
I could be wrong but I have not seen a report that says the Jazz like Williams and think he might not be available at 10.

It wasn't her interview with Spence Checketts, where she mentioned Sheppard and Kyshawn George as two players the Jazz like. It was several days before that when she was covering the Combine. Might have been an article in DesNews. Let me see if I can find it.

One the one hand, he can't shoot and doesn't look as though he'll ever be an average shooter. On the other hand, who is going to stop him in the open court? It could be a bit like a Gerald Wallace situation, or like the Thompson twins last year.
The teams I've heard chatter about liking Stephon Castle are Houston, San Antonio and maybe Charlotte (though he may not agree to workout there). I haven't actually heard someone say that the Jazz like Castle, though @Tony Jones is high on him.
